Who is ASA?
ASA Associates is a team of well experienced professionals having decades of experience in the field of land development and construction. ASA Associates started with providing high level management advisory and project management services to well renowned real estate and construction projects of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Later on few years back, ASA Associates took the initiative to help out stagnant projects by contributing to development of their sales & marketing strategies and implementation & execution of plans. Finally after adding the blend of IT personnel, ASA Associates was formally registered in 2019.
Moving forward, with the vast experience of project management, corporate advisory, marketing & sales and construction of residential projects, ASA Associates decided to start with its own commercial projects under the brand name of ASPIRE SERIES.
By Grace of Allah Almighty, we have successfully completed our first project “ASPIRE ONE”. Our second project named “ASPIRE II” is successfully kicked off. ASA Associates under the brand name of “ASPIRE SERIES” aspires to bring its vision into reality.
We are heading towards successful introduction of Kinetic Architectures, Building Management Systems and IT Enables add-ons like fool proof security systems, smart monitoring and tracking systems in Pakistan.
ASA Associates are developers that strive to provide their clients with projects that are designed to adapt with the ever-changing landscape of the Islamabad Real Estate scene.
